ORDER granting #12 Motion for Extension of Time to Answer ; finding as moot #14 Motion for Entry of Default. Over Plaintiff's objection, Defendant's motion for extension of time to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs complaint is GRANTED. While the Court acknowledges Plaintiff's frustration, Defendant sufficiently demonstrates why the extension is necessary. Defendant intends to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint by filing a motion to compel arbitration, and counsel is waiting on additional documents, including a signed affidavit and a copy of the arbitration agreement, to finalize the motion. The second motion for extension of time notes that these documents were difficult to obtain by the July 12, 2019 deadline due to the unavailability of counsel's two client contacts through July 15, 2019. As such, the Court extends the deadline for Defendant to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint through July 26, 2019. The undersigned is unlikely to grant further extensions of this deadline absent extraordinary circumstances.
