ORDER GRANTING IN PART #44 Motion to Schedule Rule 16 Scheduling and Discovery Conference. Judge Beatty will set the formal Rule 16 Scheduling and Discovery Conference after the case has been tracked by Judge Yandle and a trial date has been assigned. In the meantime, the parties requested a modification of Defendants' deadline to file a responsive pleading in light of Plaintiff's intention to file an amended complaint (see Doc. 44, p. 4 para. 11). That request is GRANTED. The August 23, 2019, deadline for Defendants to file a responsive pleading is VACATED (see Doc. 42). Defendants shall produce a complete set of medical and mental health records to Plaintiff by September 18, 2019. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint on or before October 8, 2019.
