November 22, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER re #1 Complaint filed by Reginald Jones. On November 21, 2019 the Court received a letter from Plaintiff (Doc. 1). Plaintiff mentions his desire to file a Complaint and presents several questions to the Court regarding filing suit and the grievance process. He also states his intention to file a motion for TRO/preliminary injunction. The Court, however, cannot provide Plaintiff with legal advice. It is also not clear to the Court that Plaintiff intended to file the letter as a Complaint as the letter expresses his future intent to file a Complaint and motion for injunctive relief (Doc. 1, pp. 2-3). Because Plaintiff mentions a request for injunctive relief, out of an abundance of caution, the Court has filed the letter as a Complaint. Plaintiff has until December 20, 2019 to inform the Court whether or not he intended to file a Complaint. If Plaintiff did not intend to file a formal Complaint, the Court will close the case and will not assess a filing fee. If he did intend to file a Complaint, Plaintiff shall so inform the Court and submit a formal Complaint for the Courts review. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a Civil Rights Complaint form to aid him in submitting a formal Complaint. (Action due by 12/20/2019.) Signed by Chief Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel on 11/22/2019. (anp)THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT. NO FURTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE MAILED.

If you file a motion to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee, the Court must review your trust fund account statement for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of this action. Thus, you must have the Trust Fund Officer at your facility complete the attached certification and provide a copy of your trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent).
