Filing 26 NOTICE TERMINATING JUDGE ASSIGNMENT: This action relates to MDL 2100. Following District Judge David R. Herndons retirement, Chief Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel presided over all remaining MDL 2100 actions. Accordingly, consistent with the Seventh Circuits position that related cases filed within the same U.S. District Court should be transferred to (or consolidated before) a single District Judge, see, e.g. Smith v. Check-N-Go of Illinois, Inc., 200 F.3d 511, 513 n.1 (7th Cir. 1999); Blair v. Equifax Check Services, Inc., 181 F.3d 832, 839 (7th Cir. 1999), this case is REASSIGNED to Chief Judge Rosenstengel. Magistrate Judge Gilbert C. Sison no longer assigned to the case. All future documents must bear case number 19-cv-1365-NJR. In light of this reassignment, the parties need not file the Notice and Consent to Proceed Before a Magistrate Judge Jurisdiction Form. (jlrr)THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT.
