| Filing 7 NOTICE OF REASSIGNMENT TO A U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE: Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 257, this case is reassigned to United States Magistrate Judge Mark A. Beatty. District Judge Staci M. Yandle no longer assigned to the case.
