Filing 16 ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Injunctive Relief (Doc. #15 ). Plaintiff's previous Motion for Temporary Restraining Order was denied because he had not sufficiently alleged that irreparable injury would result from waiting to give the defendants a chance to respond. (Doc. #7 ). Because Plaintiff provides no additional information to suggest irreparable injury in the current Motion, his request for a temporary restraining order is DENIED. Defendant Lawrence is ORDERED to file a response to the request for preliminary injunctive relief on or before March 25, 2020.
