ORDER granting #4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum & Order, Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. This matter also is before the Court for purposes of docket control. Berry continues to ignore the Court's directive to return a signed consent/non-consent form in a timely manner. Cognizant of Berry's status as a pro se litigant, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to send another copy of the form to Berry along with a copy of this Order. Plaintiff shall complete and return the form no later than April 30, 2020. Failure to do so will result in the entry of an order to show cause and, potentially, in sanctions against Plaintiff for failure to abide by an order of the Court. | Filing 1 NOTICE OF INITIAL ASSIGNMENT TO A U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE: This case has been randomly assigned to United States Magistrate Judge Gilbert C. Sison pursuant to Administrative Order No. 257. The parties are advised that their consent is required if the assigned Magistrate Judge is to conduct all further proceedings in the case, including trial and final entry of judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 73.
