June 29, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER GRANTING #5 and #6 Motion for Extension and for Copies. Plaintiff's deadline to submit the $400.00 filing fee or a motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee in this action is extended by 30 days from July 1, 2020, to July 31, 2020. Accordingly, Plaintiff must either pay the full $400.00 filing fee or file a properly completed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on or before July 31, 2020. If Plaintiff files a motion to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee, the Court must review his trust fund account statement for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of this action. Plaintiff must also submit a certified copy of his trust fund statement to the Court by this deadline. Failure to comply with the deadline and instructions set forth in this Order shall result in dismissal of this action for failure to comply with a court order and/or prosecute Plaintiff's claims.
