In addition to responding to the claim that Dr. Ahmed has continued to deny Plaintiff treatment for extreme pain caused by a metal rod and screw that remain improperly placed in his left leg, Defendants should also address Plaintiff's need for a translator in the event a hearing is scheduled to address the motion (as referenced in Doc. 22-1).
