September 14, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 15 ORDER DISMISSING 10 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Court docketed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction when it screened the Complaint. (See Docs. 9 and 10). Plaintiff was ordered to file a supporting affidavit and/or memorandum in support of the motion, if he intended to pursue the request for interim relief. The deadline for doing so was September 4, 2020. Plaintiff was warned that failure to file the supporting documentation would result in dismissal of the motion without prejudice. Plaintiff failed to file any documentation in support of a request for interim relief by the deadline, and he has not asked for an extension.
