ORDER DISMISSING 10 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Court docketed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction when it screened the Complaint. (See Docs. 9 and 10). Plaintiff was ordered to file a supporting affidavit and/or memorandum in support of the motion, if he intended to pursue the request for interim relief. The deadline for doing so was September 4, 2020. Plaintiff was warned that failure to file the supporting documentation would result in dismissal of the motion without prejudice. Plaintiff failed to file any documentation in support of a request for interim relief by the deadline, and he has not asked for an extension. The Complaint survives Section 1915A review as follows: COUNT 1 will proceed against AHMED and SCHNEIDER, and COUNT 2 will proceed against AHMED. All other claims are dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff's #2 Motion to Waive PLRA Exhaustion Requirement is DENIED. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a Affidavit and/or Memorandum in support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction on or before SEPTEMBER 4, 2020, or the motion will be dismissed. ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's #7 MOTION to Withdraw-Remove Full Filing Fee by Gary Lance Youngblood. The Court cannot accept this document as a substitute for Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis or in lieu of the $400.00 filing fee for this action--currently due on August 19, 2020. Plaintiff should instead send this document to the prison's trust fund officer. Plaintiff shall have an additional thirty (30) days to file his IFP motion OR prepay the full filing fee in compliance with the #4 Order entered July 20, 2020. The extended deadline is SEPTEMBER 18, 2020. Plaintiff is again WARNED that failure to comply with the Order at Document 4 shall result in dismissal of this action. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). The Clerk's Office is DIRECTED to SEND Plaintiff a copy of Documents 4 and 7 and another blank IFP motion.
