NOTICE OF IMPENDING DISMISSAL: Plaintiffs Clark and Henderson were ORDERED to advise the Court, in writing, of their intentions to proceed together with group litigation on or before September 1, 2020. By the same deadline, they were EACH required to file a Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis, along with a certified copy of their trust fund statement for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this action, or EACH prepay the full $400.00 filing fee for this action. They missed this deadline. Plaintiffs instead filed an #8 Amended Complaint together on September 14, 2020. The Court accepts this document as confirmation of their intention to proceed together with this group litigation. The Amended Complaint supersedes and replaces the original Complaint and renders it VOID. The Amended Complaint is also subject to screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915A. However, the Court hereby DEFERS screening of this matter until Plaintiffs pay their $400.00 filing fee or file a properly completed IFP Motion. The deadline for doing so expired on September 1, 2020, and is hereby extended to September 28, 2020. Plaintiffs are WARNED that failure to comply with this Order and either pay the $400.00 filing fee or file an IFP motion by this deadline shall result in his dismissal from this action for failure to comply with a court order and/or prosecute his/their claims.
