The Court has not yet received Plaintiff's Complaint, and this case cannot proceed without one. In addition, the Court has not received the $400.00 filing fee for this action or a Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP motion"), and this action cannot proceed without one or the other. If Plaintiff does not wish to proceed with this action, he must file a written notice seeking voluntary dismissal of this case by the same deadline, and this case will be administratively closed without the assessment of a filing fee. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). The Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order and a blank civil rights complaint form for use in preparing his Complaint. Signed by Judge J.
