ORDER: This matter comes before the Court for case management purposes. Plaintiff Matthew Sanchez filed a pro se Complaint purportedly on behalf of himself and ten other individuals. As long as Plaintiffs appear in this case without counsel, each Plaintiff must sign all pleadings and documents for himself/herself. See Lewis v. Lenc-Smith Mfg. Co., 784 F.2d 829, 830-31 (7th Cir. 1986): Fed. R. Civ. P. 11. While it appears that all of the Plaintiffs signed multiple exhibits to the Complaint, only Plaintiff Matthew Sanchez signed the actual Complaint. The Court ORDERS all of the Plaintiffs (with the exception of Matthew Sanchez) that they must advise the Court in writing on or before October 21, 2020 if they wish to continue as Plaintiffs in this group action. If any Plaintiff advises the Court that he does not wish to participate in this matter, he will not be charged a filing fee. If any Plaintiff (other than Matthew Sanchez) wishes to continue as a Plaintiff in this action, he/she is hereby ORDERED to pay a filing fee of $400.00 or file a properly completed in forma pauperis motion on or before October 21, 2020.
