ORDER: Plaintiff's #6 Motion for Payment requesting the Court to directly withdraw money from his prison account is DENIED. Plaintiff is to submit the filing fee of $402.00 or an IFP motion to the Court by March 25, 2021. (See Doc. #2 ). The #7 Motion to Subpoena All and Any Medical Records and Photographs is DENIED as premature. Discovery has not commenced in this case. The Court has not conducted a review of the Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915a, served Defendants, and entered a discovery schedule. The #8 Motion to Enter into Evidence is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to file the following pages of Doc. #8 as exhibits to the Complaint (Doc. #1 ): pages 4-14 as Exhibit 11, pages 15-21 as Exhibit 12, and pages 22-23 as Exhibit 13. The #9 Motion to Add Evidence is GRANTED in part. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to file pages 4-13 of Doc. #9 as Exhibit 10A to the Complaint. The request for copies is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a copy of the docket sheet. The District Clerk will mail paper copies of any document only after receiving prepayment of the required fee (i.e., $.50 per page). A request for documents should be made in writing to the Clerk of Court by referring to the case number and the document number and submitting the required prepayment.
