The Court "must strike an unsigned paper unless the omission is promptly corrected after being called to the... party's attention." Id. Neither the Complaint (Doc. #1 ) nor the "Order to Cause for A Preliminary Injunction and TRO" (Doc. #4 ) are signed. To proceed with this action, Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit a properly signed Complaint, including exhibits, on or before April 13, 2021. Failure to comply with this Order shall result in the striking of his Complaint and the dismissal of this action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with his Motion for Injunctive Relief, he must also submit a signed copy of that pleading.
