ORDER: On March 10, 2021, Plaintiff, an inmate of the Illinois Department of Corrections currently housed at Pinckneyville Correctional Center, filed his civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Plaintiff is represented by counsel and has remitted the full filing fee. Plaintiff suffers from rectal prolapse and brings claims under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Eighth Amendment. The Court finds that the Complaint survives merits review under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1915A. Plaintiff's counsel shall be responsible for effecting service of process in this case and may proceed forthwith.
