ORDER: Plaintiff Keyana Wiley, the Administrator of the Estate of Omar McCullough, represented by counsel and submitting the full filing fee, filed this civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983, alleging that Omar McCullough was denied medical care for cancer while incarcerated at Danville and Pinckneyville Correctional Centers. Because McCullough was deceased at the time this suit was filed and Wiley, acting as Administrator of the Estate of Omar McCullough, brought this suit and paid the filing fee in full, no merits review under 28 U.S.C. 1915A is required.
