ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff Jennifer Lynn Lueken filed a pro se civil-rights complaint against Defendant Jason Rich, alleging "fraud, malpractice, negligence...." (Doc. #3 ). The Complaint, however, only alleges violations of state common law--no "deprivation... of any right, privilege or immunity secured by the Constitution of the United States or by any Act of Congress." 28 U.S.C. 1343; see 42 U.S.C. 1983. Alternatively, she has not pled the citizenship of Defendant Rich. Additionally, Plaintiff Lueken has not alleged standing to sue on behalf of Richard Dennis "Rick" Lueken. The Court therefore ORDERS Plaintiff Jennifer Lueken to SHOW CAUSE by August 6, 2021 as to why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Signed by Judge Stephen P.
