Filing 28 ORDER: Plaintiffs Motion for Extension of Time to Pay Filing Fee (Doc. #27 ) is GRANTED in part. Plaintiff indicates that despite the Court's prior Order (Doc. 25 ), he is being denied the money voucher paperwork needed to withdraw the filing fee from his trust account. Accordingly, the agency having custody of the Plaintiff is directed to remit the $402.00 filing fee from his prison trust fund account if such funds are available. If he does not have $402.00 in his account, the agency must notify the Court of that fact. Payment shall be mailed to: Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Filing 8 ORDER FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS: The Complaint survives preliminary screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915A in part. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to substitute Defendants John Doe #1, John Doe #2 and John Doe #3 in place of "John Does." Plaintiff's claim against Anthony Wills in his individual capacity is DISMISSED without prejudice. However, he will remain a party to the case in his official capacity for purposes of identifying the John Doe #1-3 defendants and for purposes of enacting any injunctive relief that may be ordered. Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Injunctive Relief (Doc. #4 ) is DENIED as to the TRO request and is TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT as to the request for preliminary injunction.
