ORDER: On October 4, 2021, the Court received a box of miscellaneous documents from Plaintiff that had no apparent connection to this case. Pursuant to the Order at Doc. 10, Plaintiff was required to advise this Court, in writing, whether he intended to have the documents filed in this matter. ORDER: The Court received an unsigned #1 Complaint on September 10, 2021. Rule 11(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requires that "[e]very pleading, written motion, and other paper must be signed by at least one attorney of record in the attorney's name-or by a party personally if the party is unrepresented." To proceed with this action, Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit a properly signed Complaint within thirty (30) days (on or before October 13, 2021). Failure to comply with this Order shall result in striking the Complaint and dismissing this action. See FED. R. CIV. P. 41(b). NOTICE AND ORDER: The Court has received your complaint and your motion to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee. Your case number is 21-1121-JPG. In the event your claim(s) survive the merit review, further information and instruction will be provided to you at that time. In addition, several administrative matters warrant mention. Any communication directed to the Court should be in the form of a motion or other pleading and not a letter. Finally, you are advised that if your address changes, you must notify the Court within seven days of the change by filing a Notice of Change of Address.
