ORDER. The Court must liberally construe pro se pleadings. See Haines v. Kerner, 404 U.S. 519, 520 (1972); Hudson v. McHugh, 148 F.3d 859, 864 (7th Cir. 1998). Plaintiff has filed multiple documents and the Court is unsure what document acts as Plaintiff's Complaint. This Court will give Plaintiff until 2/25/2022 to file an Amended Complaint. This amended complaint will serve as the basis of Plaintiff's action under the law. Plaintiff alleges Defendant Griffith has violated his right to privacy. The Court will liberally construe this claim as a violation of the fourteenth amendment privacy rights or violation of the fourth amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizure. "Private persons, jointly engaged with state officials in a challenged action, are acting "under color" of law for purposes of 1983 actions." Dennis v. Sparks, 449 U.S. 24, 24, 101 S. Ct. 183, 184, 66 L. Ed. 2d 185 (1980). Plaintiff alleges Griffith has violated Plaintiff's constitutional rights through multiple state actors. ORDER. As stated in the Court's Order to Show Cause #6 , the Court ORDERED Plaintiffs to articulate how this Court has a basis under federal law to confer subject matter jurisdiction of this action. In response, Plaintiffs submitted #9 various documents related to this case. As such, this Court will provide Plaintiffs one more opportunity to amend their complaint to articulate, in writing, as opposed to submitting evidence, what basis or bases of federal law Plaintiffs are suing Defendants. If Plaintiffs fail to provide an adequate basis to confer jurisdiction, the Court will dismiss Plaintiffs' case without prejudice. Plaintiffs have until 2/4/2022 to amend their complaint.
