ORDER granting, in part #61 Motion for Extension of Time. This matter was removed to this Court on March 16, 2022 (Doc. 1). Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 57), which is not yet ripe for review. Multiple defendants have also filed motions to dismiss asserting a lack of personal jurisdiction (See Docs. 7, 10, 13, 22, 24, 26, 28). By Motion dated April 20, 2022, Plaintiff seeks an extension of time to respond to the motions to dismiss (Doc. 61). Plaintiff also requests leave to serve limited discovery on the issue of personal jurisdiction (Id.). Because the issues raised in Plaintiff's Motion to Remand may effect this Court's jurisdiction, the Court finds it appropriate to stay the briefing on Defendants' motions to dismiss until after the disposition of the motion to remand. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time is GRANTED, in part. Plaintiff is not required to file a response to the pending motions to dismiss until after the disposition of the Motion to Remand at Doc. 57. Following the disposition of Plaintiff's motion to remand, the Court will enter a scheduling order detailing Plaintiff's new response deadline and, if necessary, will permit the parties to brief the issue of serving limited discovery on the issue of personal jurisdiction. In the interim, the parties are granted leave to conduct discovery by stipulation prior to the disposition of Plaintiff's Motion to Remand should they agree to do so. Signed by Judge David W.
