Filing 17 ORDER: The Court is in receipt of 53 Amended Complaint filed in master case. Accordingly, all prior motions (in 22-cv-217, 22-cv-2303, and 22-cv-2404) are terminated as moot - An amended pleading ordinarily supersedes the prior pleading. The prior pleading is in effect withdrawn as to all matters not restated in the amended pleading and becomes functus officio. Nisbet v. Van Tuyl, 224 F.2d 66, 71 (7th Cir.1955). The plaintiffs remain responsible for serving any added parties in compliance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Signed by Judge Stephen P. McGlynn on 12/1/2022.
