ORDER DISMISSING CASE: The #1 Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice because it does not represent an exception to the filing restriction that remains in effect against Plaintiff Montgomery Carl Akers in Akers v. Roal, et al., App. No. 11-3268 (7th Cir. April 24, 2012). Plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED, and the #3 Motion for Recruitment of Counsel is DISMISSED as MOOT. Akers is REMINDED that as long as the filing restriction remains in effect, the Clerk of Court will return UNFILED any papers submitted to this Court in violation of the restriction. Akers stands WARNED that he shall be subject to increasingly harsh sanctions, including but not limited to monetary fines, for further attempts to avoid the filing ban. Signed by Judge J.
