ORDER. The Court received the parties' Joint Report and Proposed Scheduling and Discovery Order. Upon review of paragraphs 6 and 7 of the JROP, the parties propose waiting to disclose and take depositions of expert witnesses until after dispositive motions have been ruled on. This language is not compliant with Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 which requires expert disclosures to be made at least 90 days before the date set for trial. Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(D)(i). Accordingly, by March 27, 2023, the parties are DIRECTED to resubmit their JROP, via email, to correct these paragraphs.
