ORDER: This matter is before the Court for case management purposes. A review of the complaint in this case and the complaint in 23-cv-1106-RJD reveals that the two matters are duplicative. The complaint in 23-cv-1106-RJD was stricken by the Clerk's Office for technical reasons. Rather than filing a corrected complaint in 23-cv-1106-RJD, the complaint was filed in a new case. Given that this later-filed case is an exact duplicate of the first case, and there is no reason to keep both cases open. Plaintiff's first-filed case is the one that shall proceed. All pending motions in the instant case are terminated as moot and the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to administratively close this case as duplicative of 23-cv-1106-RJD. Beatty pursuant to Administrative Orders 257 and 341.
