Order for Service of Process - SCREENING ORDER. The Court has reviewed Movant Grant Clark Wasik #1 Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence and finds that it does not plainly appear that Wasik is not entitled to relief. See Rules Governing Section 2254 & 2255 Cases at Rule 4. The Court therefore ORDERS the Government to respond within 30 days, by June 30, 2023. Wasik will have 14 days from the service of the Government's response to reply. This preliminary order to respond does not preclude the Government from raising any objection or defense it may wish to present.
