ORDER: The parties filed a STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL (Doc. 13) in which they stipulate to dismiss this case with prejudice and each party to bear its own costs. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a Stipulation of Dismissal filed by all the parties who have appeared in the action is effective immediately upon filing and does not require judicial approval. See, e.g., Jenkins v. Village of Maywood, 506 F.3d 622, 624 (7th Cir. 2007). Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED with prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter judgment accordingly.
