ORDER: This Court is in receipt of two separate pleadings: the first of which, "Motion", was received on 11/6/23 via the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (Doc. #1 ), and the second of which, "Supplement" was received on November 7, 2023 via the U.S. Mail (Doc. #2 ). For clarity and because the Court does not accept piecemeal amendments, plaintiff shall file an Amended Motion that purports to include all claims he is bringing forth and which conforms with Fed. R. Civ. P. 15 and SDIL-Local Rule 15.
