According to the financial information provided in Plaintiff's motion and affidavit, the Court does not find that Plaintiff qualifies as indigent, even though Plaintiff lists many expenses in comparison to his income. Plaintiff's #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $405.00 filing fee in this case on or before 2/26/24. If Plaintiff fails to pay the filing fee, the case will be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute. FED. R. CIV. P. 41(b); Sperow v. Melvin, 153 F.3d 780, 781 (7th Cir. 1998).
