Filing 3 NOTICE OF INITIAL ASSIGNMENT TO A U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE: This case has been randomly assigned to United States Magistrate Judge Reona J. Daly and Magistrate Judge Reona J. Daly pursuant to Administrative Orders 347 and 367.
