Plaintiff's letter to the Court requesting to file a lawsuit regarding his conditions of confinement at Vandalia does not state a viable claim. He fails to provide pertinent information regarding the specific conditions he experienced at the prison or how the identified defendants were personally involved in any constitutional violation. See DiLeo v. Ernst & Young, 901 F.2d 624, 627 (7th Cir. 1990) (A successful Complaint generally alleges "the who, what, when, where, and how."). Thus, the Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice, but Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file an Amended Complaint.
