Order re: Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. #14 ). One of the defendants, Tiffany Haremski Shepard, has filed a motion for extension of time. She erroneously identifies herself and her co-defendants as plaintiffs. She requests an extension of time to secure counsel. Additionally, she has informed the Court of the death of her husband, co-defendant, and LLC member Ronald R. Shepherd. As she has not requested an extension for her deceased husband nor for Shepard Hay & AG Products, L.L.C., an extension of thirty (30) days is hereby granted to Tiffany Haremski Shepard, alone, to secure counsel. That extension does not apply to the other defendants. Given the death of her husband and co-defendant, Haremski Sehpard is ADVISED to consult Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 25(a) on serving a "suggestion of death" upon the remaining parties to this suit.
