ORDER granting #11 Motion for Leave to Serve Subpoena. In order to effectuate service, Plaintiff is requesting leave to subpoena the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) for the last known contact information for any of the Defendants, to the extent IDOC cannot or will not facilitate service of process on any of them. The motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff may issue and serve a subpoena upon IDOC for the limited purpose of requesting the last known contact information of each Defendant. The information provided via the subpoena shall not be maintained in the court file or disclosed by the Clerk of Court or by any party to this litigation. Signed by Judge Stephen P.
