Next, while Defendant CSN represents in its Motion to Stay (Doc. 12) that "[as] will be demonstrated herein, the issues presented within Plaintiff's, Nautilus Insurance Companys (Nautilus) Complaint are not yet justiciable and are entirely premature," Defendant CSN provides no factual support for the proposed stay. Accordingly, Defendant CSN is DIRECTED to supplement the Motion to Stay with factual support on or before November 1, 2024. Plaintiff will then have until November 15, 2024 to file its Response to the Motion to Stay. Finally, Attorney Laninya A.
