ORDER: In this civil rights case, Defendants moved to dismiss Count XII of Plaintiff William Travis' Complaint and/or stay the proceedings pending a state criminal charge against Plaintiff William Travis. That criminal case has since been resolved (Doc. 32) and the parties indicated at the Rule 16 conference that Defendants' motions are now moot. Moreover, Defendants have answered the allegations in the Complaint. Doc. 26. Accordingly, Defendants' Motions to Stay and Dismiss (Docs. 27 and 28) are DENIED AS MOOT.
