ORDER: A federal court may permit an indigent party to proceed without pre-payment of fees. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1). The Court is not satisfied that plaintiff is indigent. Plaintiff was ordered to resubmit a signed Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (IFP) and to submit a copy of his trust fund statement (TFS) for the period April 22, 2025, thru October 22, 2025, no later than December 8, 2025 (Doc. 6). To date, plaintiff has not yet submitted a proper motion, but his trust fund statement as provided by Lawrence Correctional Center shows that his trust fund balance as of October 10, 2025, was $11,758.11 (Doc. 10), which exceeds the amount that would qualify him to proceed IFP. Therefore, a new IFP motion would be futile. Plaintiff shall pay the $405.00 filing fee no later than January 9, 2026. Failure to comply with this Order will result in dismissal of this action for failure to comply with a court order under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). ORDER: Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis ("IFP") in this case (Doc. 2). Plaintiff has, however, failed to submit the proper form and is missing key information in his motion. Plaintiff has also failed to provide the necessary prisoner trust fund account information as required by the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA). The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to STRIKE Doc. 2. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit the proper signed motion and further ORDERED to provide the Clerk of Court with the attached Certification completed by the Trust Fund Officer at his facility and a copy of his trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the period April 22, 2025, thru October 22, 2025, no later than December 8, 2025. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case for failure to comply with an order of the Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). See generally Ladien v.
