Order for Service of Process upon the Acting Warden of FCI Greenville: The Court has reviewed Petitioner Terron Pearse's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241 (Doc. #1 ) and, without commenting on the merits, finds that it passes preliminary review pursuant to Rule 4 of the Federal Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Respondent to answer or otherwise plead on or before June 12, 2026. Respondent shall, as part of his response, attach all relevant portions of the record. ORDER: The Court has received your payment of the filing fee.
