April 28, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ORDER GRANTING #16 Motion for Leave to File Electronically. Plaintiff is hereby GRANTED access to the District Court's electronic case filing system. See SDIL-LR 5.1. To access the system, Plaintiff must first enroll to use CM/ECF in the Southern District of Illinois by obtaining a personal PACER account at: https://www.pacer.gov.
