ORDER: On November May 7, 2026, the Court entered a Notice of Impending Dismissal, directing Plaintiff Matthew Little to provide the Court with an updated address, since all documents sent by the Court have been returned as undeliverable. (See Doc 8). Local Rule 3.1(b)(2) requires all plaintiffs to inform this Court of any change in their location no later than 14 days after the change in address occurs. Plaintiff has failed to respond to the Notice or otherwise take the necessary action as ordered in the Notice. Accordingly, Plaintiffs claims against all Defendants are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this case on the Courts docket. Signed by Judge Stephen P. ORDER: Pro se Plaintiff Matthew Little's #2 Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice and his #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiff Little may file an amended complaint and a renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis no later than May 22, 2026. To clarify, the Court must receive these documents no later than May 22, 2026. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case with prejudice for failure to prosecute in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); see also James v.
