ORDER: The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this case, and to docket the Motion (Doc. 1) in Thornton v. Hughes, et al,, Case No. 26-cv-886-NJR. It is clear from a reading of Mr. Thorntons Motion (Doc. 1), and of his Complaint in Thornton v. Hughes, that the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and the Complaint in the previously filed case are related, but that Mr. Thornton simply lacked case information sufficient to direct his Motion to the proper case.
