Accordingly, Teran is directed to file a sur-reply, no later than fourteen (14) days from the entry of this Order, stating why summary judgment should not be granted to Defendant GB Miami with respect to Teran's affirmative defenses to its counterclaim; Defendant shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of Teran's submission to file a sur-response.
