The Court therefore certifies a collective action consisting of "all current and former hourly laborers who worked for ZW Tech, L.L.C. as 'independent contractors' f rom August 8, 2008 through November 28, 2011." Further, the Court is prepared to approve this settlement subject to a satisfactory explanation for not giving Gary Hamlett a service payment.
