ORDER. YRC's motion to remand (Dk. 18) is granted, and this case is remanded to the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas, from which it was removed. YRC's request for costs and expenses under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) is denied. The C lerk of the Court shall mail a certified copy of this remand order to the Clerk of the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas. Glatt's motion for leave to file a sur-reply (Dk. 22) to address an issue that was not discussed in this order is de nied as moot; and the court is without jurisdiction to decide Glatt's motion to dismiss (Dk. 6).
