MEMORANDUM AND ORDER sustaining 8 Motion to Remand. The Court remands this action to the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas. McLaren Automotive, Inc. is ordered to pay to plaintiff the costs and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred as a result of the removal.
