MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part 4 Motion to Dismiss. The parties are directed to proceed to arbitration on the claims of plaintiffs Robinson, Williams and Makau. The court will stay proceedings of the claimns of these plaintiffs in this case pending completion of the arbitration process. Counsel for all parties are directed to report to the court in writing on or before July 7, 2014 concerning the status.
