The motion is denied as to Request Nos. 6, 7, and 8. The motion is granted in part as to Request Nos. 5 and 9, subject to the following limitations: Request No. 5 will be limited to Defendant's quarterly, annual and year-end financial statements, consisting of its balance sheets and statements of profits and loss.
