MEMORANDUM AND ORDER denying 6 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant's motion to dismiss (Doc. 6) is denied as to Count I and negligent supervision claim presented in Count II. IT IS FURTHER ORDERE D that defendant's motion to dismiss is granted as to plaintiff'snegligent hiring and retention claim presented in Count II.
