ORDER - The parties have filed a Joint Motion for Extension of Briefing Deadlines. Doc. #15 . The court previously had extended plaintiff CU Capital Market Solutions, LLC's deadline to respond to defendants' Motion to Transfer Case (Doc. #6 ). Doc. 13 (extending deadline until December 10, 2018). Then, on December 5, 2018, plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint. Doc. #14 . In their most recent motion, the parties agree that defendants will not withdraw their Motion to Transfer Case (Doc. #6 ) in light of plaintiffs' Amended Complaint. Instead, plaintiffs seek leave to file their response to defendants' motion now that plaintiffs' December 10 deadline has passed. Plaintiffs seek an extension until January 14, 2019, to respond to defendants' Motion to Transfer Case. And defendants ask for an extended deadline of January 28, 2019, to reply. Also, the parties ask the court to set a deadline of 14 days after the court's order on defendants' Motion to Transfer Case for defendants to respond to plaintiffs' Amended Complaint. The court, having considered the parties' joint motion, grants plaintiffs an extension of time, up to and including January 14, 2019, within which to respond to defendants' Motion to Transfer Case. The court also grants defendants an extension of time, up to and including January 28, 2019, to reply. Finally, the court sets the deadline for defendants' response to plaintiffs' Complaint as 14 days after the court's order on defendants' Motion to Transfer Case. Signed by District Judge Daniel D.
