In light of the opinion issued August 13, 2019, the Government has requested the Court stay the time to file a response in multiple individual cases; the FPD does not oppose these requests. Accordingly, the Court will stay the Government's time to file a response to any applicable CCA Recordings 2255 motions pending establishment by this Court of protocols relating to discovery in this litigation and/or any briefing schedules or deadlines.
